Tuition Fee Refund
Students who discontinue or cancel their course may be eligible for a refund of the tuition fee only, subject to the timeframe and conditions mentioned below:
- Within 7 Days of Admission / Enrolment: The student is entitled to 100% refund of the academic tuition fee upon submission of a formal refund request.
- Between 8 to 30 Days of Admission / Enrolment: The refundable tuition fee component shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, with a maximum cap of 40% of the applicable tuition fee.
- After 30 Days of Admission / Enrolment: No tuition fee refund shall be payable under any circumstances (0% refund).
Refund Period & Slabs
Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the timeframe elapsed from the date of admission/enrolment as detailed below:

Pro-Rata Refund Calculation
For refund requests submitted between 8 to 30 days of admission, the eligible tuition fee refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the elapsed duration of classes/services, subject to the maximum cap of 40% of the tuition fee.
If a refund request is made within the initial 7 days, 100% of the tuition fee component is refunded without pro-rata deduction.
TUITION FEE (Considered)
Only the academic tuition fee component is considered for pro-rata refund assessment up to a maximum cap of 40%.
OTHER FEES / CHARGES (Excluded)
Registration, study kit, lab, exam, certificate and administrative charges are strictly non-refundable.
FRANCHISE / CENTRE RESPONSIBILITY
FRANCHISE / CENTRE REFUND RESPONSIBILITY
Any eligible refund relating to an admission made through a Franchise / Centre shall be handled and settled solely by the concerned Franchise / Centre.
For students enrolled through an authorized Franchise / Centre, the responsibility for processing and settling any eligible student refund rests solely with the concerned Franchise / Centre.
The Head Office shall not be responsible for making or settling student fee refunds for admissions made through a Franchise / Centre.
NO DIRECT REFUND FROM HEAD OFFICE
Where the student fee has been collected by a Franchise / Centre, the Head Office will not directly refund the fee collected by that Franchise / Centre.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following charges shall be non-refundable under all circumstances, where applicable:
Only the eligible tuition fee component shall be considered for refund under this policy.
REFUND REQUEST
Students wishing to request a refund must contact the Franchise / Centre from which the admission was made.
The refund request must be submitted within the prescribed 30-day period.
The Centre may require the following verification details:
- Student Full Name
- Registration / Admission Number
- Course Name & Admission Date
- Official Fee Receipt / Proof of Payment
- Written & Signed Refund Request Application
- Bank Account Details (where refund is processed digitally)
REFUND PROCESSING
After verification of the student's admission and payment records, the concerned Franchise / Centre shall determine the eligible refund amount in accordance with this policy and process the refund through the applicable payment method.
NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS
CRITICAL POLICY CONDITION: NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS
No tuition fee refund shall be available after 30 days from the date of admission/enrolment.
For admissions made through a Franchise / Centre, the Franchise / Centre is solely responsible for any eligible refund, and the Head Office shall not be liable for such refund.
